Primary sources first
Educational pages prioritize CDC, Florida Department of Health and other primary public-health sources. Local provider service claims are cross-checked against provider materials and, when available, public-health directories.
Review dates mean something
Pages display an update or review date when the underlying health claims and source links have been checked. A date is not changed merely to make a page look newer.
No invented medical authority
We do not create fake clinician biographies or imply that a clinician reviewed a page when that did not happen. If a qualified clinician reviews content in the future, the reviewer and scope of review will be stated clearly.
Separate education from personal care
General education is not a diagnosis. Individual testing, treatment and prevention decisions belong with a healthcare professional who can consider the person's history and exposure.
Referral transparency
Get Tested PB is independently operated and is not the healthcare provider's website. Appointment links lead to a separate Wellington healthcare provider that independently handles medical care and patient information.
Corrections
If a medical or service claim changes, the goal is to correct the wording and source promptly. Material changes should also update the page's review date.
